Now time to find and book your perfect team of vendors for your amazing wedding day! Here are some tips that most brides t–be don’t know- (it’s okay, I didn’t know most of these either on my day!) I’d love to help share some things that will help you for your special day!
How many photos to expect to receive in your wedding gallery? Most photographers have the amount listed in the contract! You can always ask ahead of time what to expect.
Is a second shooter included in the pricing? You can ask your photographer this upfront- it should also be included on your contract. It’s always good to double check!
Triple check the address + the start-finish times are correct on the contract.
How to create a timeline?! We, photographers LOVE to help you create a timeline to ensure there’s enough time and light for the best photos possible! Just ask- we can definitely help!
Are you doing a first look? A sparkler exit? Let us know your vision! It helps the photographer envision your day and plan accordingly!
Creating a portrait list of everyone you would like group photos with help tremendously! Giving this to your photographer a week or two in advance helps save so much time and chaos the day of!
I highly recommend speaking to your photographer before booking! Make sure you vibe well with your photographer. You want to feel comfortable with your photographer on your day! You comfort level will translate in your photos!
Feeding your photo and video team- most photographers have this in their contract to please be fed! They also must eat before the guests so they can be ready to go for the toasts. It is always very much, much appreciated!
